Vision Forestry is a leader in high tech inventory techniques.  Our Natural Resource Inventory work includes on-site data collection using rugged field data recorders and differentially corrected GPS units.  Vision Forestry field technicians can cruise timber stands to determine volume estimates, timber types, stand composition, as well as a variety of other forestland  conditions.  In addition, our Global Positioning Systems (GPS) units can be used to map the precise locations of any or all of the following:

bulletwoods roads & trails
bulletwetlands
bulletwildlife habitats
bullettimber inventory data- volumes, timber type maps, forest composition  
bulletstreams, ditches, etc
bullet vegetative analysis maps and data

GPS data is accurate to under a meter and can be overlaid onto recent aerial photos of your land.
